I work as a Lead Illustrator/Artist at CCP Games in Iceland and have been working on the space mmorpg EVE-Online since 2004. Graduated from Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam also in 2004 with a BA degree in Animation / Illustration.
I´ve been drawing and painting seriously for over 10 years now and I discovered digital painting around 5 years ago while I was studying. At the time my main medium was acrylics but once I got my hands on a Wacom tablet and Photoshop there was no turning back. Not having to blend the colors, wait for the paint to dry (often at 6 in the morning with a hair dryer just before a deadline) and not mentioning the power of the layers, masking etc. sold me.
I´m a pretty relaxed guy with a passion for painting, raising up my baby girl and music (listening to it that is, I stopped playing when I discovered that I´m pretty much tone deaf.)
